In our Bar you can eat lunch or choose a variety of dishes from our Gastro Pub menu until late in the evening. And you will always find 14 taps serving our own beer directly from the storage tanks in the brewery – unfiltered, as good beer should be.

Creativity is in the driving seat – our Master Brewer is constantly developing new brews – and we always aim to serve a wide range of different styles: From the very light and mild ones, through beers with masses of hops, and of course the dark and rich stouts and porters. You never know when a new favourite will turn up!

In addition to our own beer you will also find guest beers from other Danish micro-breweries on tap, and a wide selection of bottled beers from around the world.

Please note: It is not possible to reserve a table in the Bar.

VesterWeisse maj16

VesterWeisse Wheat beer - 4,9 % Alc. (på hanen fra / on tap from: ca. 3 marts)

Brewpub refreshing wheat beer unclear – as it is known from southern Germany – with a very mild bitterness. VesterWeisse is based on wheat and pilsner malt and has a fruity aroma with a hint of banana, which – together with the spicy flavor notes –is released by the Bavarian wheat beer yeast during the fermentation. The high content of protein in wheat malt makes this beer appear cloudy and slightly hazy, but this does not affect the taste of this excellent thirst quencher

Brett Sinclair maj 2016

Bretta Sinclair Specialbryg / Special Brew - 7 % alc.

In our special serial  of beer fermented on the wild yeast Brettanomyces, you can taste our Bretta Sinclair. It is brewed with 8 different malts, and subsequently fermented with our mixed culture of Brettanomyces and Lactobacter that we have been cultivated over several years. This culture contributes to a significant acidity in beer – also known from the Belgian lambics – but also distinct notes of berries (almost cherries and blackberries). Finally, the master brewer has dry-hopped the brew – so you get a beer with several tasting notes, but still with good balance.

Atlantic feb 2017

Atlantic India Pale Ale - 5,5 % Alc.

In Atlantic IPA, we have combined what we believe is the best flavor from respectively the English and American India Pale Ales, by applying English and American hop varieties.
Atlantic IPA is a dark copper-colored ale, where the balance between sweetness, bitterness and fruit –  together with the strong aroma of citrus and flowers – gives a great taste.
