In our pub you can eat lunch or choose a variety of dishes from our pub menu until late in the evening. And you will always find 7 taps serving our own beer directly from the storage tanks in the brewery – unfiltered, as good beer should be.

Creativity is in the driving seat – our Master Brewer is constantly developing new brews – and we always aim to serve a wide range of different styles: From the very light and mild ones, through beers with masses of hops, and of course the dark and rich stouts and porters. You never know when a new favourite will turn up!

In addition to our own beer you will also find up to 7 guest beers from other Danish micro-breweries on tap, and a wide selection of bottled beers from around the world.

Please note: It is not possible to reserve a table in the pub area.

the-double-ipa-vintage-nov-2016

Fadlageret / Barrel matured Double IPA - 8,9% alc.

The Double is in style a particularly strong English India Pale Ale – a double IPA of 8,9% alc. – matured on barrels since January 2016

It is brewed in the tradition where the beer was shipped from England to the overseas British colonies. To preserve the shelf life of the beer the brewers increased the usage of hops, partly during the boiling  partly by “dry-hopping” the beer during storage.

These characteristics are also reflected in The Double where the balance between sweetness, distinctive bitterness and a distinctly “English IPA aroma” from the British Admiral hops, giving you a full taste experience

Further dry hopped during the long storage with  Columbus, Southern Cross and Nelson Sauvin
